Introduction Thank you for choosing the CCE 7000. This banknote counting machine is designed to simplify the processing and accounting of large amounts of money. Due to the different counting modes, sorted banknotes can be counted and checked for overlooked other notes, as well as unsorted amounts of money can be counted by value, listed and checked for counterfeit money at the same time. -

Software change and currency updates The CCE 7000 can be easily and quickly updated via USB and currencies can also be exchanged via these updates. For enquiries about special currencies, please contact your dealer directly. The newsletter of CCE - Cash Concepts Europe GmbH informs you about important updates for your machine. -

Currency selection and counting options The CCE 7000 can count sorted and mixed (depending on the currency) banknotes. Use the "MODE" button to switch between the counting variants and the free count mode. Use the "CUR" key to switch back and forth between the different currencies. -

7000 in terms of size and paper thickness. There is no value determination, only an indication of the number of counted pieces. The CCE 7000 offers you further functions via the reject tray to sort the banknotes in order to optimise your cash handling process. -

Currencies sorting function The CCE 7000 will sort out all banknotes that differ from the selected currency except when using the currency selection "MULTI". When using the currency selection "MULTI", all currencies that are not EURO, GBP or US Dollars are sorted out. -

The currently set count stop can be found at the bottom right of the display. Serial number reading If the serial number reading is activated (see settings in the setup menu in this manual), the CCE 7000 automatically reads all serial numbers of the notes during the counting process. -
Page 12: Settings In The Setup Menu
Settings in the Setup menu From the start screen, press the MENU button briefly to open the setup menu of the CCE 7000. Use the MODE and CUR buttons to navigate up and down. Use the RESET button to confirm a selection and save the changes you have made. Press the MENU button to return to the previous view or to close the setup menu. -
Page 13: Mechanical Adjustments
The CCE 7000 offers you the possibility to open the machine without tools. To do so, open the rear part of the machine to gain easy access to the sensors. Pull out the lower cassette at the rear for easy cleaning of the machine. To clean the reject tray, it can be pulled out to the front without tools. -

Error management The CCE 7000 is equipped with a comprehensive error management system to inform you about problems with money processing and counterfeit detection, but also to draw your attention to soiled sensors. Please pay particular attention to the instructions for cleaning the machine on page 13 in order to exclude errors caused by contaminated sensors and to have an optimal result when counting banknotes. -
