    Grounding requirement Your refrigerator must be grounded. Your refrigerator is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be inserted into an outlet that is correctly installed and grounded. Incorrect use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or service person if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether your refrigerator is correctly grounded.

    When shifting from the refrigerator mode to other modes, be sure to take out the fresh storage food in time to avoid frost damage. When shifting from the freezer mode or soft freeze mode to the refrigerator mode, take the following steps: set the thermostat knob to the refrigerator range, remove all the frozen food, leave the cabinet empty for about 1 hour, and then put in the food for fresh storage.
