3.3 Operations To cook with the convection oven, follow these steps: 1. Turn on the oven by using the Power Switch at the top of the control panel. 2. Use the Fan Speed switch to select the appropriate fan speed (HI or LOW) for the type of food being cooked.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance 1. Before cleaning, switch off the unit and let it cool down. 2. Carefully clean the appliance daily to ensure its proper operation and long life. 3. Clean steel surfaces with a dish washer detergent diluted in very hot water, using a soft cloth. For tougher dirt, use ethylic alcohol, acetone, or another non-halogenated solvent.
