FUNZIONAMENTO Al primo utilizzo, far passare un po’ di impasto in ogni parte dei 3 rulli, in modo che eventuali residui di lavorazione vengano assorbiti dalla pasta. Posizionare la sfogliatrice (5) su una superficie piana e stabile. - Mettere il morsetto (6) nel foro presente sul lato della struttura (5) e bloccare l’apparecchio stringendo il morsetto (figura a lato). -
