Firmware Updates
The Impact firmware can be updated over WiFi to add new functions. To update, create a 2.4GHz (most common)
WiFi hotspot on your cell phone with the network name 8663017223 and password 8663017223. This is the
Raceceiver phone number imprinted on the back of the LITEceiver. Then power cycle the Impact and it will
automatically update itself.

G-Forces
In the event of a serious accident the Impact will display the severity of the impact as a G-force number alternating with a
red cross. This important information may be used by the medical staff to plan procedures and treatments needed to
ensure driver safety and to assess the level of damage to the vehicle. In order to CLEAR the display, power cycle the
Impact. Very severe crashes will require Impact replacement.
Channel defaults to 1 when unit is new and remembers the last set channel. It must match the track transmitter channel to
operate.
