    ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO MANUALE DI ISTRUZIONE PER L’USO E LA MANUTENZIONE A1 GENERALITA’ A1.1 Finalità specifiche dell’apparecchiatura ASTREA è un addolcitore a scambio ionico, ossia un’apparecchiatura deputata a sostituire gli ioni costituenti la durezza dell’acqua con ioni sodio, allo scopo di diminuire o eliminare la formazione di depositi calcarei consentendo un risparmio energetico, salvaguardando impianti idrotermosanitari domestici ed ottenendo una riduzione nell’impiego di detersivi.
  • Page 9 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO A1.2 Principio di trattamento Un addolcitore è un’apparecchiatura che provvede alla riduzione della concentrazione degli ioni calcio e magnesio, responsabili della durezza dell’acqua. L’eliminazione degli ioni calcio e magnesio avviene attraverso un processo di scambio ionico che prevede l’utilizzo di resine scambiatrici di cationi rigenerate in ciclo sodico.
  • Page 10 (D. Lgs. n°31/01). Non addolcire eccessivamente l’acqua per evitare il superamento di questo limite ed attenersi ai valori di durezza consigliati dal D. Lgs. n°31/01 (minimo 15 °f per le acque sottoposte ad addolcimento). In caso di dubbio sui livelli massimi di addolcimento consultare Acqua Brevetti.     A2 PROGRAMMAZIONE COMANDI In caso di dubbio leggendo queste istruzioni rivolgersi ad un C.A.T. Osservare che il flusso di acqua allo scarico sia normale. L’addolcitore si sposterà automaticamente nella posizione di risciacquo (Rinse).

Misuratore di flusso: se l’icona lampeggia, significa che un flusso d’acqua sta attraversando il misuratore. 7. In servizio: se l’icona lampeggia, significa che la valvola si sta spostando nella posizione di servizio.

Assicurarsi che la vite di miscelazione sia completamente aperta (completamente ruotata in senso antiorario) facendo attenzione a non esercitare una forza eccessiva sulla vite stessa. 2.

  • Page 21 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO A3.5.2 Allerta sale Quando il livello sale scende sotto alla soglia minima di riserva, lo schermo mostrerà alternativamente la schermata home e l’informazione “Salt” indicante la mancanza del sale. L’allarme sonoro sarà attivo dalle 19.30 alle 22.30 per ricordare all’utente di aggiungere sale prima che esso sia del tutto esaurito.

Se l’errore persiste anche dopo aver resettato il sistema, richiedere l’intervento di un centro assistenza autorizzato.

Si consiglia l’installazione di un filtro Acqua Brevetti del tipo pulente oppure autopulente che sono di semplice e rapida manutenzione. In pochi secondi consentono infatti di effettuare la completa pulizia del filtro.

Verifica dell’ora del timer E’ importante verificare periodicamente che l’ora visualizzata sul timer sia aggiornata affinché la rigenerazione avvenga all’ora corretta.

  • Page 27 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO Disconnettere il trasformatore dalla presa di rete (non lo spinotto collegato all’addolcitore) e procedere con le fasi della manutenzione. Sostituire la batteria di back-up A questo punto è possibile mettere in by-pass il sistema idraulico, chiudere la mandata all’impianto in modo che non riceva acqua, aprire lo scarico in modo da svuotare l’acqua presente dell’addolcitore, scollegare i tubi IN e OUT, portare l’addolcitore in un luogo comodo per il manutentore ed effettuare la manutenzione.
  • Page 28 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO Attenzione! Ogni tubo a connessione rapida è dotato di clip di sicurezza blu, da rimuovere prima dell’estrazione del tubo stesso dal connettore rapido. Si veda dettaglio seguente. Attenzione! Il tubo a connessione rapida di scarico può essere montato in una sola posizione, si veda immagine seguente.

  • Page 30 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO A4.5 Sostituzione del generatore di cloro Operazione da effettuare ogni due anni (se la periodicità della manutenzione lo richiede). Se l’addolcitore è provvisto di generatore di cloro opzionale, sarà necessario sostituirlo (quando la periodicità richiede), rimuovendo quello presente ed il relativo tubo di collegamento alla valvola salamoia, ed installando i nuovi componenti disponibili nel kit generatore di cloro.
  • Page 31 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO A questo punto è possibile estrarre l’assieme tenute – distanziali (n. 25 esploso, detto anche cartuccia tenute) che va sostituito integralmente unitamente all’albero di distribuzione spesso. Estrarre l’assieme da sostituire. Controllare il kit 7719055, verificare lo stato delle tenute con esso fornite, lubrificare con silicone alimentare.

Si prega di leggerle completamente ed attentamente prima dell’installazione e di conservarle come riferimento futuro. Attenzione! Il Costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per danni a cose o persone derivanti dall’errata installazione dell’apparecchiatura e/o dall’installazione in un impianto non rispondente alle leggi vigenti.
  • Page 38 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO Non installare l’addolcitore alla luce diretta del sole o vicino ad una fonte di calore. Il calore eccessivo può deformare o danneggiare le parti. Non installare l’addolcitore in pozzetti o in luoghi maleodoranti. Non installare dove possano essere presenti vapori chimici, gas o esalazioni di qualsiasi genere. L’installazione va effettuata sulla rete idrica della casa dopo il contatore.
  • Page 39 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO La realizzazione e la modifica di un sistema di distribuzione idrica destinata al consumo umano richiede l’esecuzione degli interventi in modo tale da non pregiudicare l’igiene dell’impianto. Prima di effettuare l’installazione dell’addolcitore pulire bene le tubazioni e le apparecchiature installate a monte dell’addolcitore per eliminare eventuali corpi estranei che potrebbero causare il malfunzionamento dell’addolcitore stesso.
  • Page 40 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO B1.6 Installazione Attenzione! L’addolcitore viene fornito con il pannello assicurato al coperchio superiore da due adesivi. Per agevolare le attività di installazione si suggerisce di NON rimuovere gli adesivi in modo che il pannello non si sposti durante le fasi di installazione che necessariamente prevederanno di sganciare il coperchio.
  • Page 41 ASTREA ADDOLCITORE CABINATO L’utilizzo dei tubi flessibili permette il posizionamento dell’addolcitore nella posizione più conveniente, avvicinando il più possibile l’addolcitore al muro oppure accostandolo lateralmente al muro stesso Completare l’impianto idraulico di ingresso e uscita a seconda dei tipi di tubi che si intende utilizzare. B1.8 Installazione del tubo di scarico e di troppo pieno Determinare la lunghezza appropriata del tubo di scarico e di troppo pieno.

    ASTREA COMPACT WATER SOFTENER INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE A1 GENERAL DATA A1.1 Specific purposes of the equipment ASTREA is an ion exchange softener, i.e., an equipment designed to replace the ions constituting the hardness of the water with sodium ions, in order to reduce or eliminate the formation of limestone deposits, thus allowing energy savings, safeguarding domestic hydraulic and heating systems and obtaining a reduction in the use of detergents.
  • Page 58 ASTREA COMPACT WATER SOFTENER A1.2 Principle of treatment A softener is an equipment that reduces the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions, responsible for the hardness of the water. The elimination of calcium and magnesium ions occurs through an ion exchange process that involves the use of cation exchange resins regenerated in the sodium cycle.
  • Page 59 For periods of inactivity exceeding 30 days, it is advisable to sanitize the equipment. Contact the C.A.T. (Technical Assistance Center) authorized by Acqua Brevetti closest to your area to have a sanitizing intervention carried out.

    A2 COMMAND PROGRAMMING If in doubt when reading these instructions, contact a C.A.T. Periodically it is advisable to remove these impurities. It is sufficient to use clean, moistened paper to perform the intervention.

Replace the backup battery At this point, it is possible to by-pass the hydraulic system, close the flow to the system so that it does not receive water, open the drain so as to empty the water present in the softener, disconnect the inlet anda outlet pipes and bring the water softener in a convenient place for the maintenance technician to carry out maintenance.

Be careful not to damage the part itself. Reassemble the flow meter in the same position, i.e., with the fan facing the valve/valve motor, as shown in the drawing.
