    2.1 ANSCHLUSS DER KOMPONENTEN Achten Sie auf eine sorgfältige Verlegung der Kabel, um Kurzschlüsse zu vermeiden. Achten Sie hierbei auch auf schon vorhandene Kabel. Verbinden Sie das beiliegende Koaxialkabel mit der Antenne und Ihrem Fernseher bzw. Recei- ver.     2.3 SATELLITENÜBERTRAGUNG Direct Broadcast Service (DBS) strahlt Audio, Video und Daten über den Satelliten aus, der sich in 35.000 km Höhe über der Erde befindet. Mit einer Empfangsstation wie die Antenne und einem Satelliten-Receiver werden die Signale vom Satelliten empfangen und verarbeitet. Die Antenne erfordert eine klare Sicht auf den Satelliten, um den Empfang maximal auszunutzen.

    4. FEHLERBEHEBUNG Kein Satellitensignal Objekte wie Bäume, Brücken und große Häuser, die sich im Einfallswinkel des Satelliten befinden, führen zu einem Verlust des Signals. Wenn das Satellitensignal durch schwere Wetterbedingungen verloren geht, wird das laufende Programm des TVs (Receives) das Bild einfrieren, bzw.

    1.1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Caution – Improper handling may result in severe damage to this unit. Those res- ponsible may also be held liable for any further damage to the unit resulting from this. Note – Read the user manual carefully before you start the installation. If you have already installed similar products, the procedure does not have to be the same with this product.

    2.1 CONNECTING THE COMPONENTS Make sure that the cables are laid carefully to avoid short circuits. Also pay attention to existing cables. Connect the enclosed coaxial cable to the antenna and your TV or receiver. DVB-S input (satellite input) 2.2 SATELLITE SEARCH AND RECEPTION ON THE TV As soon as the antenna has been connected to the TV or receiver, switch it on to supply the antenna with power.

    2.3 SATELLITE TRANSMISSION Direct Broadcast Service (DBS) broadcasts audio, video and data via the satellite, which is loca- ted 35,000 km above the earth. A receiving station such as the antenna and a satellite receiver are used to receive and process the signals from the satellite. The antenna requires a clear view of the satellite to maximise reception.

    4. TROUBLESHOOTING No satellite signal Objects such as trees, bridges and large houses that are within the satellite‘s angle of incidence will cause the signal to be lost. If the satellite signal is lost due to severe weather conditions, the running programme of the TV (receiver) will freeze the picture or disappear. When the weather conditions allow good reception again, the TV picture will be restored.

    2.3 TRASMISSIONE SATELLITARE Il Direct Broadcast Service (DBS) trasmette audio, video e dati attraverso il satellite, che si trova a 35.000 km sopra la terra. Per ricevere ed elaborare i segnali dal satellite si utilizzano una stazi- one ricevente come l‘antenna e un ricevitore satellitare. L‘antenna deve avere una visione chiara del satellite per massimizzare la ricezione.

Een ontvangststation zoals de antenne en een satellie- tontvanger worden gebruikt om de signalen van de satelliet te ontvangen en te verwerken. De antenne vereist een duidelijk zicht op de satelliet voor een maximale ontvangst.

    4. PROBLEMEN OPLOSSEN Geen satelliet signaal Objecten zoals bomen, bruggen en grote huizen die zich binnen de invalshoek van de satel- liet bevinden, zorgen ervoor dat het signaal verloren gaat. Als het satellietsignaal door zware weersomstandigheden wegvalt, zal het lopende programma van de TV (ontvanger) het beeld bevriezen of verdwijnen.
