(hereinafter “Hillphoenix”) products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 14 months from date and place of shipment from Hillphoenix (the “Base Warranty Period”) provided that the installation and maintenance of such products have been performed strictly in accordance with Hillphoenix’s designated specifications.
