G6 MULTI-DOCK SETUP GUIDE
OVERVIEW
G6 Dock is Blackline Safety's accessory for completing compliance operations (bump testing and
calibration) on G6. When multiple G6 devices require calibration and bump testing at the same time,
multiple G6 Docks can be connected to a single-gas cylinder using the Multi-Dock Setup Kit.
NOTE:
When connecting G6 Docks together, all G6 devices must be the same gas type.
G6 MULTI-DOCK SET UP KIT
The Multi-Dock Setup Kit includes the Manifold Starter Assembly, and the Manifold Added Assembly,
which allows you to connect up to four G6 Docks.
The G6 Dock Multi-Dock Setup Kit is available in three versions, depending on the number of units
you want to connect:
G6 Dock 2-Unit Multi-Dock Setup Kit (ACC-G6-GANG 2)

G6 Dock 3-Unit Multi-Dock Setup Kit (ACC-G6-GANG 3)

What's included:
Manifold Starter Assembly

Tubing (1/8" inner diameter)
Gas inlet connector A
Gas out exhaust connector A

Manifold Added Assembly
Gas inlet connector B
Gas out exhaust connector B
You also need:
G6 Dock for each G6 device

120/240 VAC power source for each G6 Dock
•
Gas cylinder with specific gas
•
Demand-flow regulator
•

- Page 2 Do not use G6 Dock in areas classified as hazardous locations, where there is risk of explosion due to presence of gas, vapor, or dust. G6 Dock is not certified as intrinsically safe. Do not place G6 Dock in or near open flame or submerge in liquid.
- Page 3 G6 MULTI-DOCK SETUP GUIDE CONNECTING GAS INLETS When looking at the back of G6 Dock, the top inlet on the left side is the gas inlet. NOTE: Do not connect a gas cylinder to the purge gas inlet. The purge gas inlet is only intended to supply clean air to remove residual gas from G6 Dock.

To connect a third G6 Dock, attach a second Gas out exhaust connector B to the first Gas out exhaust connector B. Then attach the quick-connect of the second Gas out exhaust connector B to the third G6 Dock.
