LEVEL CONTROL INPUTS ● Demand dose with three float switches HIGH Re-start timer must be in OFF On demand dose mode, the pump will start when L1 float switch activates (up) and will keep running until LOW level float deactivates (down). The HIGH level float switch activates the pump and the HIGH level output (terminals 15-16).

SOIL TREATMENT AREA SEPTIC TANK FLOW EQUALIZATION TANK Dossing will only occur when the dossing chamber has sufficient volume to deliver a full design dose to the drip distribution system. Sufficient rest time shall be programmed to provide time for effluent to distribute away from the drip lines.
  • Page 8 HIGH level float switch works as a timer override and will force the run of the pump when large flows enter the dosing chamber. At the same time the HIGH level float switch triggers the level Alarm (terminals 15-16). This output can supply power to a external buzzer or red alarm beacon. T he dosing timer can be adjusted acoording the needs of the installation to correctly equalize the flow.

    8. OVERLOAD (IMAX) & UNDERLOAD (IMIN) SETTINGS Automatic adjustment This TPM module is factory set to automatically calibrate the maximum current of the pump (Imax). After 30seconds of run, the module will check the current of the pump for 30 seconds.
