MAINTENANCE III. QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONNEL ONLY A qualified service personnel is trained in the assembly and disassembly of the machine to ensure that when the machine is maintained that it goes back to the NORMAL USE condition. Changes or maintenance of the machine are to NOT be performed by the operator. -
