INTRODUCTION
Please take a few moments to carefully read through this manual. Correct
maintenance and operation of this machine will provide the best possible
performance.
Remove flying insects without the use of chemicals, sprays or liquids. It uses
UV-A LEDs to attract light sensitive flying insects such as flies, moths,
mosquitoes and gnats. These insects are killed when they come into contact
with an electrocuted metal grid. A removable collection tray catches them for
easy cleaning. Ideal for houses, offices, restaurants, sweet shops, bakeries,
canteens, dining halls, hospitals, hotels, food processing units and anywhere
that needs to be kept clear of flying insects.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
2. Household and indoor use only.
3. High voltage! Do not touch the inner electric grids.
4. Check the local voltage before operating.
5. Never insert hands or other objects into the appliance while it is connected
to the power supply.
6. The appliance is to be kept out of reach of children.
7. The appliance is not to be used in locations where flammable vapour or
explosive dust is likely to exist
8. Do not use in barns, stables or similar places.
9. The lamp in this appliance cannot be replaced. Scrap the appliance when
the lamp ceases to operate.
10. Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Clean the plastic enclosure/ grille
with dry clothes empty the collection tray every week or when need.
11. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by authorized dealer or a
recommended qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
12. In the event of an operating problem, stop using the device immediately.
