Do not operate the mixer continuously for more than 6 minutes
(with beaters) or 2 minutes (with dough hooks). After using for
these lengths of time, allow to cool down for 10 minutes before
using again.
O O p p e e r r a a t t i i o o n n
The dough hook with the groove should go into the correct hole
on the mixer. Refer to the information on page 4.
It is recommended to start mixing at a low speed, then change
to a higher speed as required.
