    MIRAcle 1. Introduction Thank you for choosing our Exigo3 magnifier. It is truly a wonderful device. We hope it meets your expectations. Exigo is a dual-screen magnifier designed for visually impaired people for use at home, in school, college, and the office. The Exigo allows for both nearsighted and farsighted operations at the same time.

    MIRAcle 3.1. Disassembling the magnifier After removing the magnifier from the packaging, you should: Spread the legs of the magnifier and place it on a level surface, such as a desk. 2. Lift the upper screen. The ball head on which the upper screen is mounted has knobs to adjust the position of the screen, and adjust the resistance of the screen movement.
  • Page 8 MIRAcle 3. Adjust the lower screen to a comfortable position for working. The screen is mounted on an adjustable hinge; if it drops or is too tight, adjust the screen hinge bolt with the supplied Allen key.

    MIRAcle 3.2. Switching on the magnifier You can start using the device immediately, as the magnifier is supplied with partially charged batteries. Press the ON/OFF buttons to turn on both of the screens.
  • Page 10 MIRAcle Switch the lower light switch to the ON position to turn on screen lighting. It is recommended to turn on the screen lighting when using false colours. Start the magnifier application by pressing the button on the screen.

    MIRAcle 3.3. First use To adjust the distance image, point the screen camera at the object you wish to view in magnification, e.g., a blackboard. When adjusting, we recommend setting the magnification to the minimum. This will make it easier to find the object and adjust the focus.
  • Page 12 MIRAcle User-friendly, intuitive-to-use interface. Touch the display to make the MIRApro dashboard appear. The buttons are visible on the screen for about 5 seconds. The application starts with a limited number of function buttons. To call up all buttons, enter the Menu and activate the selected buttons.
  • Page 13 MIRAcle COLOURS BUTTON Allows you to change the colours of the image displayed on the screen. If the button is held down for a long time, the "false colours" catalogue is displayed. You can define your own colour layout in the Menu. See Chapter 5.1.6 for more.

    MIRAcle The magnification can also be adjusted by 'pinching'. Move two fingers away from each other on the screen to enlarge part of the image. Slide your fingers together to zoom out. In the Menu, you can disable the zoom option with the slider. When this option is deactivated, there will be no slider on the screen, and the magnification is changed by 'pinching'.

    MIRAcle 5.1.1. Editing MIRApro buttons Convex buttons - Two types of buttons are available in the application: convex and flat. By checking or unchecking the convex button box, we switch between versions. Buttons - Five predefined colour variants of the function buttons are available.

    MIRAcle 5.1.2. Adjusting the displayed image Exposure level - enables/disables on-screen "balls" to adjust the displayed image. Turning off automatically adjusts the displayed image by the application. If the image is unsatisfactory, switch on the exposure level and adjust it manually. This is recommended for poor print quality and difficult lighting conditions.

  • Page 20 MIRAcle Add a text note using the on-screen keyboard or the attached external keyboard. A "Your text" box appears in the centre of the screen, into which you enter your text. By holding down the text box, we move it to any position on the screen.

    MIRAcle The application remembers the selected colour combination. Two types of false colours are available. High colours with high contrast; and Soft colours with low contrast. The Soft version is recommended for writing or viewing illustrations. To adjust the false colour level, press the corresponding point above the zoom adjustment bar.

    MIRAcle 5.1.6.1. Mirror function MIRROR BUTTON Use this button to see yourself on the screen. 5.1.7. Line, ruler, and grid LINE - tick to activate the button. A line button will appear on the magnifying glass screen. Touching the button activates the auxiliary line, which makes it easier to stay in the text.

    MIRAcle 5.1.8. Viewing Area Viewing Area Button – Select to activate the button. Used to limit the image displayed on the screen. Touch the button to enable or disable the bezels.

Administration options Your activation code - This six-digit code allows you to install the app once. It is supplied with your device.

    MIRAcle 9. Exigo power supply and charging The magnifier is equipped with a battery for approximately 5 hours of continuous operation. The magnifier is supplied with partially charged batteries. The screens are charged using magnetic cables, which are convenient to use but sensitive to dirt.

    MIRAcle 12. Multimedia, remote working The magnifier is based on the Android system. The user can use all available applications. After logging into your Google account, you can use your favourite applications. 12.1. Connecting with the multimedia whiteboard In school, teachers use multimedia whiteboards, monitors and overhead projectors during lessons.

    MIRAcle 12.2. Enlarging the screen display To enable magnification, go to Settings, then Accessibility, then Visibility Enhancements, then Magnification, and enable the Magnification app shortcut. A Zoom icon will appear in the Taskbar at the bottom right of the screen.

    Disassemble and assemble the unit with care. Improper use may lead to damage. ● Do not expose the MIRAcle to high temperatures or direct sunlight to avoid the risk of fire. ● Do not use damaged power cords, plugs, or electrical sockets. Unprotected cords can cause fire or electric shock.
