Our HiSense RUL173D4AW1 fridge has a lot of water in the bottom- and was making a glugging noise. The fan and condenser are both working and the drain tube is clear and cooling coils are clean.

Water accumulation and a glugging noise in a Hisense RUL173D4AW1 fridge could be caused by a blocked or obstructed defrost drain or improper leveling of the appliance. Ensure the fridge is positioned correctly and that there are no obstructions in the built-in drainage system. Also, avoid using mechanical devices for defrosting that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
