Thank you for purchasing our
PA 63 or PA 64 into the factory/OEM stereo virtually plug and play.
Note: Discard the master harness and the 2 x RCA pigtails that are supplied in the PA box, they're not needed
when using a T harness.
Note: The short green and purple pair of wires on the T harness are not used and should be taped off.
Note: 2019 and up, a common PA box mounting location is on the left side of the passenger's parcel tray.
1. Remove the required dash panels to gain access to the stereo's main module.
2. Unplug only the master plug (2 plugs with the Premium 7" without MAP App) from the stereo module.
3. Connect the vehicle's master plug (plugs) to the receiving socket (sockets) on the T harness.
4. Connect the master plug (plugs) on the T harness into the socket (sockets) on the stereo's module.
5. Run the PA's master plug and RCA pigtails on the T harness inside the dash to your intended PA
mounting location and connect the master & RCAs plugs to the PA, set the "Input Switch" to HIGH.
6. 2015-2018, Run the red accessory power wire to the fuse box under driver's seat. Remove 10A fuse in
#29 and insert into the lower slot on the fuse tap, then re-insert the fuse tap into the #29 slot.
2019 and Up, Run the red accessory power wire to the fuse box under passenger's floor. Remove 15A
fuse in #25 and insert into the lower slot on the fuse tap, then re-insert the fuse tap into the #25 slot.

Important:
If your Sprinter Van comes with a centre channel speaker, it is recommended to
disconnect the centre channel speaker as it is not controlled by the T Harness.
8. Re-assemble the dash and ensure all the factory components and switches are connected before
turning on the power to test the PA. If this is not followed you may throw a service code.

Check the front speaker sound level:
speakers, remove the top 2 x screws on the front and rear plates on the PA, then the top cover.
On the right side of the PC board, using a small screwdriver gently turn down both left and right
adjustment pots (typically) 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Test the sound level while apart to get your accurate
adjustment. Once completed, replace the cover and 4 screws on the PA.
10. Mount the PA in your desired location. If the printing is upside down remember there is an inverted
printing sticker included in the box so the printing is the right way up.
11. The PA 64 offers variable music muting. Before you do your final test, please refer to the "PA Start Up
and Initial Testing" in the PA 64 manual which explains the functionality of the "Audio Mute" knob.
(The PA 63 offers only full music muting when the mic is turned on)
