    2. STORAGE 2.1. S HORT TERM STORAGE  Store the units in a dry room, sheltered from inclement weather, at a temperature between 0 and 40°C, in such a way that they are not in contact with a wall, or directly in contact with the ground, protect them from knocks and ensure that they only support their own weight.

    If the human, financial, and environmental consequences of the failure of the machine are extreme, take precautions to prevent worse !  For appliances and potentially heat recuperating, please consult Thermotec.  Legislation: the installation has to be in consensus with the standards and codes applicable in the country of installation.

    4. INITIAL OPERATION 4.1. I NITIAL STARTUP 4.1.1. AUXILIARIES  Read attentively instructions of auxiliary equipment regarding settings and installation. 4.1.2. D AERATION  During the filling of the machine inevitable there will occur air bubbles in some places for example the pump. The air bubble can be removed manually through the de-aeration valve on top of the pump housing.

    N GENERAL  All work must be performed by qualified personnel.  Do not attempt any modifications or repairs without Thermotec written approval.  Information about maintenance work performed must be recorded.  Check that the materials used as spare parts are suitable for the conditions of use.

    5.2. P REVENTIVE MAINTENANCE  Annual or semi-annual (depending on the CO -equivalent) the unit has to be inspected to guarantee a proper operation of the security mechanisms. Also the condition of the isolation and external corrosion have to be checked.

    Use the original lifting devices Thermotec unit are produced with CE-label. It decelerates that the product complies with the essential requirements of the relevant European health, safety and environmental protection legislation, in practice by many of the so-called Product Directives.
