Manual IB-575SSK-12G Hardware installation Switch OFF the PC and all other connected peripheral devices. Unplug the power cable from the back of the PC and remove the cover of your PC. Remove the covers of the available 3x 5.25" bays. Insert the backplane into the bay and fix it with 4 screws on each side. - Page 8 Manual IB-575SSK-12G 6 Gbit/s support Connect the five 7-pin SATA data interfaces of the backplane to five 7-pin SATA data interfaces of the host PC with included cables. 12 Gbit/s support Connect the five 7-pin SATA data interfaces of the backplane with a five 7-pin SATA data interfaces to Mini SAS HD (SFF-8643) adapter cable (not included) to the supported host PC (Mini SAS HD PCIe card is not included).

- Page 12 Handbuch IB-575SSK-12G Einbau der Hardware Bitte schalten Sie den PC und alle anderen angeschlossenen Peripheriege- räte aus. Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel von der Rückseite des PCs ab und entfernen Sie die Abdeckung Ihres PCs. Entfernen Sie nun die Abdeckungen der verfügbaren 3x 5,25" Schächte. Schieben Sie vorsichtig die Backplane in den Schacht und befestigen Sie sie mit vier Schrauben auf jeder Seite.
- Page 13 Handbuch IB-575SSK-12G 6 Gbit/s Unterstützung Verbinden Sie die fünf 7-Pin SATA-Datenschnittstellen der Backplane mit den fünf 7-Pin SATA-Datenschnittstellen des Host-PCs mittels der mitgelieferten Kabel. 12 Gbit/s-Unterstützung Verbinden Sie die fünf 7-Pin SATA-Datenschnittstellen der Backplane mit einem Adapterkabel für fünf 7-Pin SATA-Datenschnittstellen zu Mini SAS HD (SFF-8643) Schnittstelle (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) mit dem unterstütz- ten Host-PC (Mini SAS HD PCIe-Karte ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
- Page 14 Handbuch IB-575SSK-12G Laufwerksinstallation Achtung • Schließen Sie die Klappe nicht gewaltsam, wenn z.B. das Laufwerk in der falschen Richtung eingesetzt wurde, da sonst das Laufwerk und/oder die Backplane beschädigt werden könnten. • Die Laufwerke sollten immer vorsichtig behandelt werden, insbesondere beim Transport, da sonst Daten verloren gehen oder beschädigt werden können.
- Page 15 Handbuch IB-575SSK-12G Während der Verwendung LED-Anzeigen Stromanzeige: Blaue LED leuchtet konstant Aktivitätsanzeige: Blaue LED blinkt Lüfterausfall: Orange LED blinkt Temperatur: Rote LED blinkt Alarm bei Lüfterausfall Falls der Lüfter ausfällt, aktiviert sich der Buzzer und die orangefarbene LED blinkt. Die orangefarbene LED hört auf zu leuchten, wenn die Funktion wieder normal ist.
