KNOW YOUR FROTHER

HOW TO USE

1. Choose the appropriate whisk and set it inside the jug. (See the functions above for reference.)
2. Pour the milk into the jug below the mark. (See the max capacities above for reference)
3. Push the button to start the machine:
   1. Frothing & Heating / Heating: The indicator light will be on after pushing the upper button. After finishes working, the indicator light keeps flashing for the 30s.
   2. Frothing the cold milk: Pour the cold milk into the jug and push the under button then the indicator light on. After the 60s the machine finishes working, the indicator light off and keeps flashing for 30s.
   3. Take the milk frother from the power base and pour the milk in. Thereby, fill it with as much milk as is needed so that at least the minimum mark inside the milk frother is reached. However, never fill it with milk beyond the upper MAX-marking & . lf you do, the appliance may overflow.

HINTS AND TIPS

Here are some handy hints to help you get the best out of your frother.

• Always use your frother first to froth or heat your milk. While it is operating prepare your coffee or hot chocolate and serve immediately.
• Use whole milk (fat content >3.0%) for best results.
• Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn't mean you can cool down the milk with it. The frother works at normal temperature in this condition.
• Milk heats to approximately 65+/-5°. This is the ideal temperature to ensure the flavor of your coffee is not impaired and so you don't have to wait too long until you can start sipping on your drink.
• Keep the whisks in a safe place. They are small and can easily be lost.
• After frothing or heating allow 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset and the frother to be ready for use again, To shorten this time. rinse with water and wipe dry after each use.
• The frother is designed to heat and froth milk only. Do not put coffee granules or chocolate powder or another similar flavor into the frother, ensure is cleaned immediately and thoroughly after using.
• The milk frother is designed to heat and froth the whole milk, holding the milk at about 5-10°C is the best result. Error to use the Whisks, or pour an excessive amount of whole & other types of milk may cause overflow.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Here is a selection of quick and easy drinks you can make using the frother.

WITH FROTHED MILK

Cappuccino
1/3 espresso
Add 2/3 frothed milk
Top with cocoa powder.

Latte Macchiato
Pour frothed milk in a tall glass
Add espresso carefully along the rim of the glass.

WITH HOT MILK

Caffe Latte
1/3 espresso shot
Add 2/3 of heated milk and stir.

Hot Chocolate
Pour heated milk into a large mug
Add chocolate powder and stir to mix.

CLEANING AND CARING

Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning. To separate the lid and the silicon ring from the jug. Never immerse the jug or the base into water.

1. THE JUG: Clean immediately after each use. Flush and clean the inner walls with using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
2. THE LID:To separate the lid and the silicon ring from the jug. Washing out with water directly.
3. THE BODY: Clean with a soft cloth. Never use sharp eleaning agents, hard nylon brush, or metal brush to avoid scratches on the stainless steel surface! Never clean with metal objects and never use abrasives. Then wipe dry the body and bottom with a soft cloth.
4. THE WHISKS: Remove from the jug and wash with warm water. Dry and store in a safe place. Do not use the dishwasher.
5. THE BASE: Clean with a soft cloth. Never immerse the base into water.
6. Take out the spiral whisk or paddle, fill with water, use a small soft brush to clean the gap under the shaft sleeve of the motor.
7. Fix the spiral whisk, pour water into a jug, water can't exceed the max of a stir, setting cold frother as the state of the milk frother, finished one time in one loop, 65s (time has set.)
8. Never immerse the Milk Frother body, power base, power cord, or power plug into water or any liquid, or allow moisture to come in contact with these parts.
9. Can't be cleaned in the dishwasher.
