Safety Information This 'Instruction Manual' provides the necessary information on pump operations safety and tutorials on how to prevent hazards and injury to the operator. The operator must be aware of safety precautions indicated by warning symbols. Failure to follow the instructions may lead to accidents of different levels. There are two types of warning symbols: 'Warning' and 'Caution'.

3.2 Operation Conditions 1. Do not pump liquids other than sewage and wastewater, such as oils, organic solvents, etc. 2. The water temperature for the operation should be between 0~40°C. 3. The pH value of water for the operation should be between 5~9 for AF, F, FN, A, AN, AFC, GF, AL, J Series.

Do not lift, carry or hang pump by the power cord. Damage to the cable may cause electrocution, severe injury or death. If you found any signs of pump's damage or missing parts prior to installation, please contact authorized local dealers or HCP sales representative.
L.W.L can vary depending on the model of the pump. If you have any questions about your pump's L.W.L., please contact with authorized local dealer or HCP sales representative. ● Do not allow the pump to run in a dry sump. It will void the warranty and may damage the pump.

In the event of a pump anomaly (e.g., severe vibration, noise, smell, etc.), immediately cut off the power and contact authorized local dealer of HCP sales representaive. Continuous abnormal operation may result in power leakage, electrocution or fire that may cause injuries.
When the sensor activates an alarm, stop using the pump immediately and call authorized dealer or HCP representative. The warranty is void if pump damage is caused by failure to connect the protector or by continued operation after alarm activation.
Maintenance 7.1 General Instruction ● The personnel in charge of repairing,maintenance and technical works must be qualified. Maintaining the pump by unqualified personnel may lead to electrical shock, fire or injury. ● Check flow rate, voltage, current, vibration and noise level of the pump. If any anomalies are noticed, take preventive actions immediately.
