KIO7053-VdS extension – MANUAL | 1
Overview
The KIO7053-VdS extension is used to connect magnetic contacts, bolt contacts and motion detectors
in accordance with VdS class B to a KIO7053 module. The extension is connected to a KIO7053
module using the two jumpers supplied. The KIO7053 module and the extension are stacked and no
additional dividing unit is required on the top-hat rail for mounting (Piggypack). A maximum of 8
magnetic contacts, bolt contacts or motion detectors can be connected per extension.
