Emptying manual
Molok® Deep Collection container
with 2-hook lifting system
Read the manual carefully before emptying Molok® lifting containers. Always follow caution and care when emptying the containers.
Pay attention to occupational safety; do not go under the hanging load and keep safety distance to the lifted load; please note that the
lifting containers may contain goods that don't belong to the container. Note to follow instructions given by the manufacturer of the
crane and the container handling unit.
1. Fastening the Container Handling Unit to the container
Fasten the chains of the refuse collection vehicle's 2 hook system on the
two loops on the middle of the lid. Locking loop is fastened to the non-movable part on
the Container Handling Unit, Fixed loop is fastened to the movable part.
Locking loop is used for lifting the container and by pulling the fixed loop up, the
locking loop loosens and releases the waste to the refuse collection vehicle.
Be careful not to press the lid downwards or sideways
with the crane, it will damage the lifting parts!
Do not attach the crane hook directly to the quick system
The lifting chain length must be at least 1,0 meter.
Always lift the lifting container carefully in a straight,
upright position fully up from the well to ensure that no damage
occurs to the well and lifting container
2. Lifting the inner container
Begin each lift slowly and cautiously. Proceed to lift with extra caution until the container
has cleared the well body, note that the

body walls.
Do not overload the lifting container. Ensure that the safe working load (=SWL) is not
exceeded. SWL capacities are provided in the lifting container's label. Overloading may
damage the lifting container or its parts.
Lift the lifting container from the Locking loop on to the refuse collection vehicle, then
open the bottom by pulling from the fixed loop upwards. By pulling from the fixed loop
with the mechanisms on the discharge unit, the locking loop is automatically released downwards. The waste and possible fluids will
fall to the refuse collection vehicle.
After emptying the refuse from the lifting container, close the lifting container's bottom part by lowering the fixed loop. Make sure
the bottom is closed tightly and Locking loop in up position before the lifting container is returned to the well. Check that there is no
debris on the bottom of the well that will prevent the lifting container from settling on the well correctly. When the lifting container is
returned to the bottom of the Molok® container, the locking loop can be released.
Before each emptying, make a visual inspection for the lifting container and the mechanisms.
Broken or damaged parts must be replaced immediately.
