About the BlackBerry Presenter About the BlackBerry Presenter You can use the BlackBerry® Presenter to display presentations from your BlackBerry device on an external display, such as a video projector or television screen. Using the BlackBerry Presenter, you can display files for Microsoft® PowerPoint® 97, 2000, 2003, and 2007 (.ppt files or .pptx files). The BlackBerry Presenter supports presentations that use a 4:3 aspect ratio in landscape view. -

If there are updates, the BlackBerry Presenter Manager downloads the updates to your BlackBerry Presenter. Plug in the BlackBerry Presenter Connect the small end of the power adapter that came with your BlackBerry® Presenter to the USB port on the BlackBerry Presenter. 2. Plug the power adapter into a power outlet. -

The BlackBerry Presenter must be plugged into a power outlet and be connected to an external display. The external display must be turned on. The BlackBerry Presenter is ready to present a file when the LED is flashing red and blue and a splash screen appears on the external display. -

Present a file from your BlackBerry device memory or a media card You can present a file that is saved in your BlackBerry® device memory or on a media card that is inserted in your BlackBerry device. On your BlackBerry device, on the Home screen, click the BlackBerry Presenter icon. -
