- Page 2 Using Phil: To use Phil simply undo the wing knob (3) and stretch the clamp to place your phone inside. Tighten the knob to secure the clamp. To change from landscape shooting to portrait (or vice versa) undo the knurled ring (2) and turn the clamp.
