The myQ Pet Portal doors WILL
NOT CLOSE unless the light
beam sensors are connected and
properly aligned.
•
The myQ Pet Portal is designed for
dogs that weigh between 10 lbs
and 90 lbs, and measure of width
no more than 10 1/2", shoulder to
shoulder ONLY.
•
The model number label is located
above the second to the bottom
hinge of your door.
•
The myQ Pet Portal ONLY works
with myQ products, parts and
accessories.
•
DO NOT replace an interior garage
access door with the myQ Pet
Portal door.
