2015 to 2019 Transit Vans and F Series Chassis
Thank you for purchasing our
PA 63 or PA 64 into the factory/OEM stereo virtually plug and play.
Note: Discard the master harness and the 2 x RCA pigtails that are supplied in the PA box, they're not needed
when using a T harness.
Note: The short green and purple pair of wires on the T harness are not used and should be taped off.
1. Remove the required dash panels to gain access to the stereo's main module.
2. Unplug only the master plug from the stereo module.
3. Connect the vehicle's master plug to the receiving socket on the T harness.
4. Connect the master plug on the T harness into the socket on the stereo's main module.
5. Run the PA's master plug and RCA pigtails on the T harness inside the dash to your intended PA
mounting location and connect the master & RCAs plugs to the PA, set the "Input Switch" to HIGH.
6. Run the red Ignition/Accessory power wire to the switched power location in the vehicle's fuse box.

7. Remove the factory fuse in the required location, insert the removed factory fuse into the lower slot on
the fuse tap and the 5A fuse for the PA into the upper location.

8. Re-assemble the dash and ensure all the factory components and switches are connected before
turning on the power to test the PA. If this is not followed you may throw a service code.
9. Important for Transit van installations to lower the front speaker sound level:
top 2 x screws on the front and rear plates on the PA, then remove the top cover.
10. On the right side of the PC board, using a small screwdriver gently turn down both left and right
adjustment pots (typically) 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Test the sound level while apart to get your accurate
adjustment. Once completed, replace the cover and 4 screws.
11. Important for F series chassis installations: it is recommended to disconnect the center channel
speaker if it has one.
12. Mount the PA in your desired location. Remember the inverted printing sticker is included in the box.
13. Before you do your final test, please refer to the "PA Start Up and Initial Testing" in the PA manual
which explains the functionality of the "Audio Mute" knob.
