1. INTRODUCCIÓN Agradecemos infinitamente su preferencia al adquirir nuestros presurizadores inteligentes con variador de frecuencia serie i-DRO e i-QBO marca HIDROCONTROL. A través de este manual lo llevaremos paso a paso a realizar una correcta instalación y resolver las dudas más comunes. -

2. ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD ATENCIÓN • Solo se permite su uso si la instalación eléctrica cuenta con las precauciones de seguridad de acuerdo con la normativa vigente en el país donde se instale el producto. • El cable de alimentación no debe utilizarse nunca para transportar o desplazar el equipo. -

3. INSTALACIÓN AVISO El presurizador inteligente se debe colocar lo más cerca posible del nivel del agua, en posición horizontal, a fin de obtener el mínimo recorrido en la succión y reducir al máximo las pérdidas de carga. No olvide incluir un filtro en "Y" en su sistema para mayor protección. -

3.1. INSTALACIÓN HIDRÁULICA La tubería de succión deberá tener un diámetro igual o superior al diámetro de succión del presurizador inteligente. Es fundamental que la tubería de succión tenga una inclinación mínima del 3% con el fin de evitar que ingrese aire a la tubería. Se debe instalar una válvula de pie con filtro sumergida mínimo unos 15 cm por debajo del nivel de la cisterna o depósito para evitar remolinos y entradas de aire en la succión del presurizador y por lo menos 30 cm del fondo para evitar la succión de sedimentos. - Page 8 Cuando la longitud de la tubería de succión es mayor a 10 m o la altura de elevación de la tubería sobrepasa los 4 m, el diámetro de la tubería de succión debe ser superior al diámetro de succión del presurizador.

10. MANTENIMIENTO AVISO • Si el presurizador no se va a operar por un largo periodo de tiempo, es aconsejable vaciar el agua del presurizador y limpiarlo para evitar oxidación. 3. INSTALLATION WARNING The smart pressurizer should be placed as close as possible to the water level, in a horizontal position, in order to obtain the minimum suction path and reduce load losses as much as possible. Don't forget to include a "Y" filter in your system for added safety. The i-DRO system must be fixed on a solid and level base through the holes located on the base plate of the same equipment (i-QBO model does not need to be fixed to the ground). -

3.1. HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION The suction pipe must have a diameter equal to or greater than the suction diameter of the smart pressurizer. It is essential that the suction pipe has a minimum inclination of 3% in order to prevent air from entering the pipe. - Page 23 When the length of the suction pipe is greater than 32.8 ft or the lifting height of the pipe exceeds 13.12 ft, the diameter of the suction pipe must be greater than the suction diameter of the pressurizer. Keep the suction pipe as straight as possible to minimize installation direction changes, otherwise the water flow supply will be affected.
