• To start hot therapy, long press the hot therapy button. This will activate the
treatment and the circular light indicator will turn red, with the red therapy
indicator also lighting up. The default hot therapy level is level 1 (the maximum
allowable temperature is 43°C). Short press the hot therapy button to toggle to
level 2 (the maximum allowable temperature is 53°C). Short press the hot therapy
button again to toggle back to level 1. To turn o the device, long press the hot
therapy button.
• To start contrast therapy, which involves alternating between 5 minutes of cold
therapy and 3 minutes of hot therapy, long press the contrast therapy button. This
will activate the treatment and the circular light indicator will switch blue and red
to signify the di erent therapies, along with the contrast therapy indicator also
lighting up. To turn o the device, long press the contrast therapy button.
• When the battery level is lower than 10%, the circular light indicator ashes in red.
The device stops automatically after 15 seconds. Please recharge the battery.
Cleaning & Storage
• Use a slightly damp towel to clean the device and a soft cloth to dry it.
• Do not clean the device with chemicals or alcohol.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place inaccessible to children. Avoid storing
the device in places where temperatures can rise above 40°C, like direct
sunlight, inside a car, or in a metal building during the hot summer months.
Warnings & Cautions
• This device may not reach the minimum allowable temperature 4°C if the
environmental temperature exceeds 30°C.
• It is normal for the treatment temperature to increase when the device is applied
on the body, as it draws heat away from the body.
• This device is not meant for young children or individuals who have limited
physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities, or those who lack experience and
knowledge unless they are under supervision or guidance of a responsible adult.
• Adults should supervise anyone under 18 who is using this device.
• This device is not a toy. Avoid playing with, bending, or pulling any electrical parts,
and make sure to instruct children not to engage with the device.
• Only use the USB-C cable supplied by the ELEEELS for recharging.
• Do not drop the device.
• This device should be placed securely but should not restrict circulation in any way.
• Avoid wearing this device while you sleep at night.
• Stop using this device if you experience severe pain. If you feel any pain or
discomfort that exceeds what you would normally expect from using an ice pack or
taking a hot shower, immediately halt the treatment and take o the device. Also,
stop using the device if it overheats or gets uncomfortably hot.
• Do not use a blanket or pillow to cover the device while it's in use. Doing so can
lead to overheating, which may result in re, electric shock, or injury.
• Do not drop debris and small object into the cooling fan.
• This device is not waterproof. Make sure to keep it away from areas where it might
fall into a bathtub or sink. Avoid placing it in or dropping it into water or any other
liquid.

diseases, controlled high blood pressure, recent injury or surgery, unusual
sensations such as numbness, cancerous tumors, mild peripheral neuropathy, or if
you have any concerns about your physical health.
Contraindications
There are situations where the possible risks could be greater than the advantages.
It is important to consult a medical professional before proceeding if you have any
of the following conditions: eczema, open wounds, skin irritations, blisters, localized
in ammation, infections, or tumors; recent or healing surgical sites or related
hardware; vascular or arterial diseases a ecting circulation, such as blood clots,
phlebitis, thromboses, and varicose veins; signi cant peripheral neuropathy or other
forms of sensory impairment, including those caused by medications; uncontrolled
hypertension; severe cardiac, liver, or kidney disease.
Warranty
If within one year from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in the
material or workmanship, ELEEELS will repair or replace the product; or failed
component(s), free of charge.
This warranty excludes:
a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, or mishandling during transport;
b. Damage arising from use of units from unauthorized repair;
c. Malfunction of units that are not used in accordance with ELEEELS instructions;
d. Damage for which the cost of repair exceeds the cost of the product;
e. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or
safeguarding conditions on the client's premises, and
f. Any product for which a dated proof of purchase cannot be provided.
