    Set up mower as received from factory with these instructions. This BH20 Series is shipped partially assembled. Assembly will be easier if components are aligned and loosely assembled before tightening hardware. Refer to bolt torque chart in Maintenance Section. All fasteners are Grade 5 unless otherwise specified.

    SETUP INSTRUCTIONS - SHIELDING AND DEFLECTORS Bush Hog BH20 Series models as shipped from the factory, have all Shielding and Deflectors in place. Dealer should inspect to make sure that all Safety Shielding and Deflectors are in place and fasteners are tight Front and Rear Deflectors or Front and Rear Chains are a selection on BH25, BH26, BH27 Models.

These mowers are designed to cut grass, weeds, small brush and other vegetative material up to 3” diameter in areas such as pastures, industrial areas, and roadsides.

    Never allow passengers to ride on the tractor or attached equipment. Riders can easily fall off and be seriously injured or killed from falling off and being ran over.     Place the tractor shift lever into a low range or parking gear to prevent the tractor from rolling. Never dismount a Tractor that is moving or while the engine is running.
