Phone Set-Up Opening the phone case To open the F101 case, place your fingernails on either side of the phone case opening to open the back case from the phone gently. There is a small indent in the casing on the bottom right of the phone.
Phone Set-Up Inserting SIM & SD cards. The Oakcastle F101 has two SIM card slots and one SD card slot. Although, the F101 is a dual SIM phone, the phone will operate using only one SIM Card. The phone SIM card supported format is 2G.
Phone Menu The Oakcastle F101 has nine sub-menus. Once in working mode, press the left key (Ref.1) to enter the main menu. Using the navigation button (Ref.6), scroll though all sub-menus and highlight the one you would like to enter such as: Contacts, Messages, Call Centre, Settings, Phone Zone, Multimedia, Tools, Games and FM Radio .
Phone Calls, Contacts & Messages Make a call To make a call, begin dialing a number using the keypad (Ref.3) from the home screen, and then press the ‘Send Call’ button (Ref.2) to call the number. Alternatively, select a contact from your contacts list and then press the ‘Send Call / Answer Call’ button (Ref.2).

Settings Menu Whilst in the menu use the arrow navigation buttons to scroll through the sub-menus until you find ‘Settings’. Press the left key (Ref.1) to enter. A list of sub-menus will then be displayed as per the followings: Call Settings Enter this sub-menu to check or set as per your preferences: Dual-Sim usage, Call divert, Call waiting, Call baring, Hide ID or Others.

Settings Menu Display - Change the wallpaper, set the contrast, set the timer for your phone display and keypad backlight. Activate or deactivate features visible on your phone display by adjusting the 'Idle display settings'. Enter the auto-keypad lock to set the timer for auto-lock as per your preferences and choose one of the following options: Deactivate, 5s, 15s, 30s, 1 min, or 5 min.
Charging & Mass Storage. Select 'Mass Storage' to upload images (.JPG), or audio files on your phone. The phone will come up on your computer as a drive named 'F101'. Open and drag and drop files to your phone. The supported audio files for this phone model are MP3/MIDI/WAV.
'Paired devices' and select 'Add new device'. Press the left key (Ref.1) to start searching for the one you would like to pair with. Once the search has been completed, the devices will be listed on F101 list, select your Bluetooth enabled device to pair with F101 phone.

Phone Tools Torch Activate or deactivate the torch light. Alternatively, press and hold the 'Torch' key button (Ref.6) for 5 seconds to light up the torch. Press once again to turn off the torch light. World Clock This feature can be used to view the time and date on cities from all over the world. Press the 'Torch/OK' button (Ref.6) to add one of the cities available.
Playing Games Games menu Whilst in the main menu, using the navigation buttons select and enter the 'Games Menu'. There are three games available: Tetris, Danger Dash, and Nitro Racing. Select the game you would like to play and press the left key (Ref.1) to enter. Options available: New Game, Resume, High Score, Game Level, Sound, and Help.
FM Radio stations available at your location. Once the phone finishes the scan, the Oakcastle F101 will start playing the first stored radio station with good signal. You can view the list of radio stations stored and found in ‘Channels list’...
Try a new search and then follow the steps to re-pair. Remove the SD card and SIM card, and then process a factory reset of the Any Functionality issues F101 via Phone Menu- Settings. Use the default password 0000 if required.
