LIMITED WARRANTY
Talk to the Wilson grants a limited
warranty for The Wilson™ for 1 year from
the date of purchase. Please retain the
sales receipt, as proof of purchase is
required. During the warranty period,
The Wilson™ is eligible for repair or
replacement in the event of defects in
materials or workmanship. In such cases,
the defective product will be repaired or
replaced as determined by Talk To The
Wilson in its sole discretion.
Notwithstanding the preceding, this limited
warranty does not cover damage caused
by accident, improper use or unauthorized
modifications. In addition, this limited
warranty does not cover expendable
materials and defects which constitute
normal wear and tear. Please contact
Talk to the Wilson, via our website for
limited warranty questions or service.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
THE WILSON™ Recorder V12
Congratulations on purchasing
The Wilson™, a state-of-the-art digital
voice recorder.
The following are instructions for its use:
Dual type battery: Li-ion Rechargeable
battery The Wilson™ V12 comes with a
built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery.
Before using the device, you must fully
charge the battery.
Charging The Wilson™ recorder V12:
Connect the USB cable (included) the type
C plug end into the The Wilson™ recorder
(the port is located on the top) and the
other end into your computer or the
USB adapter.
The red LED stays ON continuously to
indicate that the charging is in progress.
Once the battery is fully charged, the LED
will switch to Off. You can charge the
battery when the unit is off or in use.
Optional Alkaline battery: If you want to
use Alkaline battery it requires two (2) AAA
batteries (not included). To insert batteries,
open the battery cover from the back of
The Wilson™ and remove the
rechargeable battery then insert the alkaline
batteries with negative (-) end against the
springs. Replace the battery cover.
NOTE: The rechargeable battery will be
extremely difficult to reinstall once
removed. If rechargeable cable is damaged
while removing or reinstalling it will
not be covered under warranty
Once the batteries have been inserted and
turn ON the power slide switch,
The Wilson™ will beep twice and LED
blinking once to indicate it is operational.
Note: When batteries are removed and
replaced, The Wilson™ will retain all
existing messages.
When using Alkaline batteries, they must
be a high-quality battery for this recorder.
