    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Before use, ensure the electric griddle’s operating voltage matches the supplied voltage before installation. 2. Place the unit on a stable, level surface or stand designed to hold its weight. Ensure the surface is non-combustible, such as stainless steel or heat-resistant material. Do not place flammable items, such as towels or clothing, on top of the griddle.
