ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The objective is to press a button when it is illuminated. This will produce a fanfare and
all of the buttons will light up. Using the panel controls, the volume can be adjusted.
The pattern and speed can also be changed.
Tip: For those will visual limitations or who are easily distracted, this activity would be
best placed in a Snoezelen® room where other competing stimuli can be removed or
reduced. This helps the participant to focus without having to engage selective
attention. This activity can be made more challenging by increasing the level of
distraction in the room. For example, including a competing stimuli such as sound /
music.

TO WALL MOUNT PANEL
IMPORTANT: This panel weighs approximately 23 kg. Please take this into
consideration when fixing. Please make sure that you are aware of the construction of
the wall the panel is to be fixed to. Taking this into account please ensure that you use
the correct fittings. For example, walls may be partition walls and plaster board as
opposed to solid brick or stone walls. Take advice from a suitably qualified professional
builder or from an estates department if in any doubt about appropriate fixtures.
Consider proximity to a wall plug socket when deciding where to wall mount your Panel.
Attach fixings such as mirror plates to the back of the panel. Fixings are not supplied as
these depend on the surface the panel will be fixed to. Check the fixings e.g. mirror
plates you buy can easily support 23kg. You may wish to attach two mirror plates to the
back of the panel at the top and two on the back at the bottom.
Note: When attaching fixings to the back of the panel please proceed with caution – be
aware that there are electrical assemblies inside the panel.
OPERATION
Plug in. Aim to strike one of the push buttons when it is illuminated. This produces a
fanfare and all the lights flash.
MAINTENANCE
Unplug. Remove the panel from the wall. Lay the panel on its back and remove the
plastic front cover.
To change the lamp: each lamp holder is attached to a micro switch inserted into the
threaded rear of each push button. Remove the lamp holder and micro switch together
by easing and pulling firmly. Remove the faulty lamp and replace with a new lamp of
the same specification (24V 3W capless).
To change the fuse: the only fuse is in the plug (UK only).
