LIMITED WARRANTY
Raw Analogue Sound warrants this product to be free of
defects in materials or construction for a period of
one year from the date of purchase.
Malfunction resulting from incorrect installation or
power supply (backwards or reversed eurorack bus board
cable connection), improper working environment,
abusive treatment of the product or any other causes
determined by Raw Analogue Sound to be the fault of
the user are not covered by this warranty, and normal
service rates will apply.
During the warranty period, any malfunctioning or
damaged units will be repaired or replaced, at the
option of Raw Analogue Sound, on a return-to- Raw
Analogue Sound basis with the customer paying the
shipping costs. The module intended for repair or
replacement under warranty needs to be shipped in the
original packaging. Ensure you retain the original
packaging and technical documentation. Raw Analogue
Sound implies and accepts no responsibility for harm
to a person or apparatus through the operation of this
product.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always turn your eurorack case off before plugging or
unplugging the module. Avoid subjecting the module to
temperatures exceeding +50°C or below -20°C. Ensure
that no liquids come into contact with the module.
Handle module with care and prevent any accidental
drops or falls.
