[UK] Compressor 12 V / 100 PSI
Item no. 06381
1. Intended use
This product is designed for inflating standard tyres and
leisure articles such as balls, dinghies, air mattresses etc.
Power is supplied via the 12 V cigarette lighter socket of
your vehicle.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not re-
build and/or modify this product. If you use the product
for purposes other than those described above, the prod-
uct may be damaged. In addition, improper use can cause
hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc.
Read the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this
product available to third parties only together with its
operating instructions.
2. Safety instructions
• This device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of chil-
dren and pets.
• The compressor may only be operated on a direct-cur-
rent voltage of 12 V (for example via the cigarette lighter
socket of a passenger car). Other voltages will destroy the
compressor!
• The compressor is not suitable for the tyres of trucks,
agricultural vehicles or similar, since they require higher
inflation pressures and greater air quantities.
• The maximum operating time is 10 minutes. After use,
the compressor must cool down for approx. 10 minutes
before it can be used again.
• Do not operate the product leaving it unattended.
• Ensure the maximum permissible pressure is not ex-
ceeded in the inflated tyres, dinghy, ball etc.
Danger of explosion!
3. Operation
1. Place the compressor on a stable, flat surface next to
the tyre or leisure article that is to be inflated.
2. Release the clamping lever at the end of the air hose.
3. Remove the valve cap and press the connector firmly
onto the tyre valve. If required, use a fitting adaptor when
inflating an air mattress, dinghy or similar.
4. Close the clamping lever.
5. Insert the plug into the 12 V cigarette lighter socket of
your vehicle to start the compressor. The compressor's
consumption of current is 12 A max.
6. When the required pressure has been reached, remove
the plug from the cigarette lighter socket. Never pull on
the cable to disconnect the plug from the cigarette lighter
socket.
7. Release the clamping lever and remove the connector.
Close the tyre valve (e.g. by screwing the valve cap on
again).
For safety reasons, always leave the clamping lever re-
leased (open) when the compressor is not in use.
