- Page 2 • Never refill the gas canisters. • Gas canisters should be changed in a well-ventilated location, preferably outside, away from people and any sources of ignition, such as naked flames, pilot flames, electric heaters, or other equipment. • Gas canisters can be purchased at most sporting goods and camping stores. Canisters must be butane gas.
- Page 3 • Caution: When connecting or disconnecting the gas canisters, be sure that no external sources of ignition are present. WARNING The openings at the base of the burners provide air for combustion; they should never be obstructed. If the flame becomes significantly orange, check these openings for a blockage. If the appliance cannot be adjusted to perform correctly, it should not be used until serviced or repaired.
