Charge your watch Please charge your watch fully before use . 1 . Place your watch on the charging dock and ensure that the magnetic charging pins on the back of the watch align the contacts on the charging dock . 2 .

Set up your device Turn your watch on/off To turn your watch on, press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up . Press and hold To turn your watch off, press and hold the Power button then tap Power off .
Set language Once your watch has turned on, you will see the language selection screen . Select a language and tap Next to continue . You can also tap Info on language selection screen to view your watch’s detailed information, such as Device name, IMEI, EID, etc . Download and install the AT&T amiGO app After language selection screen, device will instruct you to download the AT&T amiGO app on the primary guardian phone .

Pair your watch to your phone On your watch, tap Next to enter the device discoverable screen where you can find your watch’s name for Bluetooth pairing . Open the amiGO app on the parent device, tap Add a device, and select the name that matches your watch to pair using Bluetooth .

eSIM set up After your watch and AT&T amiGO app are successfully connected, follow the on-screen instructions on the AT&T amiGO app to download and activate your eSIM to start receiving cellular service for your watch . If a watch plan has not previously been added to your AT&T account, you’ll be guided through the process of purchasing one .

Continue to setup When eSIM is activated successfully on your watch, you can continue to set up on the amiGo app, such as filling the wear’s profile, inviting guests to monitor location, receive alerts, etc . Complete the wearer profile Fill your wearer’s profile, such as name, birthday, gender, and profile picture .
