Directions for use

Attention

1. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
2. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has visible cracks.
6. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
7. Before using, put this machine on a stable and even table board, operate according to the above methods.
8. Before juicing, first confirm blade basket and rotor clutched in position, and no hard contact between blade basket cutter and transparent lid. Put the transparent lid on, fasten tight the locking clamp, then turn on the machine.
9. Before being used, the motor works in running-in phase, there may be slight peculiar smell and spark, this is normal, after the motor works for some period, the above phenomenon will disappear.
10. During juicing, make sure there is not too full juice and residue in the middle seat and residue cup, if too full, please cut off power supply, clean up, then use again.
11. During using, do not open the cup cover. In case power supply is on, do not put hand or any ware into the mixing cup or feed port, otherwise, harmful accident may occur or this machine may be damaged.
12. In order to prolong service life of this machine, over-temperature protective device is mounted in the motor. If the motor works for a long time or overloaded, when over warning temperature, power supply will automatically cut off. After the motor stops, pull out plug of power supply, wait for the motor to cool (about for 30 min), use again.
13. During operating, please do not leave, never let children operate this machine.
14. When this machine works in mixing, mincing or grinding conditions, no-loaded or over loaded work is strictly prohibited.
15. After operation, do not pour the food out until pull out the plug of power supply.
16. Cutters are very sharp, in order to avoid danger, when cleaning a cutter, please put the cutter under water tap for washing, do not wash it with hand.
17. This machine must not be used for others beyond regulated purposes.
18. In case of damaged power supply cord, in order to avoid danger, replacement must be performed by the manufacturer or its service department or similar professional persons.

Performances

1. For the juicer with large diameter, entire apple or pear can be put in for juicing, no cutting apart needed, easy and quick.
2. Design is fine, simple, and beautiful, with combined structure, easy to operate and clean.
3. High speed electric motor with overheating protection is adopted, high efficiency, time saving, energy saving, high service life of the motor.
4. Safety lock unit for switching is specially designed, in order to make sure safety and reliability in use.

Attention before using

This machine is set with safety unit, when the locking clamp does not fasten the cover or the cutter seat is not fastened, the motor cannot turn, so as to ensure safety for the user.

When disassembling or assembling the juicer, press the upper of feed port of the cover with your hand, then force the locking clamp to slide in or out of cover slot. When disassembling blade basket, first remove the cover and pulp bin, then turn the Juicer bowl up to 30 degrees by holding juicing nozzle with your hand, and take up, the blade basket will automatically leave the rotor.

In order to avoid damage, before using, first check power supply for compliance with rated voltage. Clean all parts able to disassemble (refer to the section of "maintenance and cleaning"). When assembling, please carefully read the diagram of "name and position of main components". Please carefully read the "attentions" before using.

Juicing

1. Before using, please confirm the button switch of the Juicer base in stop state, in this way, in case assembly is not completed, starting the Juicer base can be avoided, so unnecessary damage for persons or property avoided.
2. Before juicing, first confirm blade basket and rotor clutched in position, and no hard contact between blade basket cutter and transparent lid. Put the transparent lid on, put the locking clamp into the cover slot, then turn on the machine.
3. For using, assemble according to the diagram of "name and position of main components". power supply, press switch to let the machine run no-load for 5 sec. Put prepared vegetable or fruit into feed port of the juicer, press with the food pusher, evenly, hard and slowly, juice of the vegetable or fruit can be found, original, fresh, good for health.
4. Note: when pressing food with the food pusher, force shall be even or indirect, pressing force shall not be more than 1 kg, no too sudden force, otherwise, juicing effect will be reduced.

Operating time

This machine is designed with button switches of grading, I grading, II grading ( for stop, I for weak grading, II for strong grading). For juicing, select strong grading, for operating time, after operating for 1 min, stop for 1 min, then use again. After the above operation is performed for three times, stop for 15 min, do not operate until the motor is cooled, in this way, service life of this machine will be prolonged, the machine will serve you more efficiently.

Application Scope Description

1. Suitable for juice extraction of juicy fresh fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots, tomatoes, grapes, etc.
2. Not suitable for juice extraction of hard, fibrous, starchy fruits and vegetables such as sugar cane, coconut meat, bananas, etc.
3. Each juice extraction should not exceed 1 minute, cooling for at least 1minute after use before next operation, and cooling for at least 15 minutes after 3 consecutive use.

Operation Steps Description

1. Place the juice bowl on the juicer base.
   
2. Set the blade basket onto the swivel slot of the motor base. Press down on the blade basket's outer rim to secure it into place.
   
   Note: When disassembling, directly lift the juice bowl together with the blade basket and then separate the two. It would be kind of hard to disassemble the blade basket directly.

3. Place the pulp bin under the juice bowl and install securely to the base.
   
4. Align the cover to fit the pulp cover with the pulp bin. Lift the locking clamp and push until the two black clamp locks in the 2 locking slots on the top of the lid. Make sure the lid is clamped securely into place.
   
5. Align the groove of the food pusher with the tab of the feed tube and inter the food pusher.
   
6. Put the juice pitcher under the juice spout.
   
7. Wash the fruit or vegetables, cut into pieces small enough to fit into the feed tube, and make sure the juice pitcher is placed under the juice spout.
8. Plug in and turn the switch to "l" (low speed) or "II" (high speed).
9. Put the processed ingredients into the feed tube.
10. Use the food pusher to gently push the ingredients to the blade basket.
    Note: Do not push hard, otherwise it will affect the extraction effect and may cause the motor to stall.
11. If the pulp bin is full during the juice extraction process, power off the product. After the blade basket has completely stopped rotating, remove the pulp bin and clean.
12. After extraction, wait until the juice drained out, switch to "" and unplug. After the blade basket stops rotating, take out the juice pitcher and pour out the juice.
    Reminder: Drink immediately after extraction, the taste may be affected after long exposure to the air. Cover and store in the fridge for maximum 24 hours. Apple juice is easy to oxidize, adding a little lemon juice can alleviate the oxidation speed.
13. After use, please follow the "Cleaning and Maintenance" method for cleaning and maintenance.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning

After use, the detachable parts must be cleaned immediately. For cleaning, please refer to the following operations:

• Do not put the base unit in any liquid, clean it with damp cloth only.
• Do not dry the plastic parts in a dishwasher, disinfection cabinet or microwave oven.
• The blade of the blade basket is very sharp, please be careful when cleaning.

1. Unplug and wait until the blade basket stops rotating. Remove the food pusher, cover, blade basket, juice bowl, pulp bin from the base.
2. Rinse the removed parts under the tap or in warm water (no more than 60 C) with detergent.
3. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Maintenance

1. This product should be used frequently to keep the motor dry.
2. If not used for a long time, please keep the product in a dry and ventilated place to prevent the motor from dampness.

Abnormality Analysis and Solution

Maintenance

1. If the product has abnormal conditions such as abnormal noise, smell, smoke, etc., unplug immediately and stop using.
2. If the product does not work, check if the power supply is connected, the switch is open, and the accessories are installed in place.
3. If the product has abnormal vibration, take out the blade basket and reinstall it before use.

Special Notice

• Do not press the food pusher too hard to avoid motor overloading.
• Make sure all parts are properly installed before plugin.
• This product is strictly prohibited from empty running or overloading.
• Make sure the blade basket is properly fastened to the juicer base so the juicer could work properly.
• Do not move the juicer or touch the running parts during operation to avoid accidental injury.
• Make sure the product is powered off before disassembling or adjusting any part of the product.
• This product has built-in overload protection. If overload protection is triggered, the product will stop working. Wait for half an hour before continuing to use.
