    INSTALLING THE FEET 1. Open cabinet (A or D), remove any shelves or loose items. 2. Flip cabinet (A or D) upside down, locate holes at corners. 3. Align foot with edge of cabinet. Screw in 4 x foot attachment screws (AC) using #3 philips screwdriver.
  • Page 8 INSTALLING THE FEET 4. Stand & level feet. INSTALLING CASTERS ON ROLLING TOOL CABINET 5. Remove all cabinet drawers. 6. Flip cabinet (C) upside down, locate holes forming a square.
  • Page 9 INSTALLING CASTERS ON ROLLING TOOL CABINET 8. Align caster (G) to the holes and bolt to cabinet using 4 Hex bolts (AE) with 8 washers (AI) and 8 spring washers(AJ). Hardware Used 1/4 in. x 5/8 in. Hex Bolt 1/4 in. x 3/4 in. Washer Spring Washer Kobalt 4 in.

  • Page 11 INSTALLING WORKTOP SIDE SUPPORT BRACKET 12. Open locker and locate holes on either side. Align support bracket (F) to the locker and fasten lightly using nuts, bolts and lock washers. Hardware Used 1/4 in. x 5/8 in. Hex Bolt 1/4 in. x 3/4 in. Washer 1/4 in.
  • Page 12 MOUNTING CABINETS (DRYWALL/STUDDED WALL) 14. Use stud finder to locate the studs and mark the wall with a pencil. Place cabinet tight against the wall. 15. Align cabinet to stud marks. Level cabinet by adjusting feet. MASONRY: • Follow steps 14 to 15. •...
  • Page 13 FASTENING CABINETS 17. Align the cabinets and tighten lightly, using bolts, washers and locknuts. Hardware Used 1/4 in. x 5/8 in. Hex Bolt 1/4 in. x 3/4 in. x 16 Washer 1/4 in. Lock Nut 18. Level cabinets and tighten all bolts.
  • Page 14 MOUNTING THE WORKTOP (ON 2 CABINETS) 19. Place worktop (E) on base cabinets. Align the worktop edge to the cabinet rear edge. 20. Locate 2 punch holes on each side. Drill into the worktop using the self tapping screw 4.8x16 (AD).
  • Page 15 INSERTING CABINET SHELVES 22. Insert shelf (J) at a slight angle. 23. Level shelf. Lower shelf onto brackets by sliding tabs into slots. Ensure shelf is clipped in position. 24. Repeat step 22 to 23 to insert remaining shelves.

    UTILITY ACCESS 25. Insert rubber grommet into cut-out hole in bottom panel. Hardware Used Rubber Grommet 26. The utility access hole allows easy connection to power outlet. ATTACHING LIGHT VALANCE TO WALL CABINET 27. Align holes of valance (F) with cabinet (B). Insert and tighten bolt and nuts.

    INSTALACIÓN DE LAS PATAS 1. Abra el gabinete (A o D), retire los estantes o los artículos sueltos. 2. Voltee el gabinete (A o D) boca abajo y ubique los orificios en las esquinas. 3. Alinee la pata con el borde del gabinete. Atornille 4 tornillos de fijación de las patas (AC) con un destornillador Philips #3.
