    Die ersten Schritte und Rezeptinspirationen Damit der Start Ihrer neuen KLAMER Eismaschine 120 ein voller Erfolg wird, haben wir eine Videoanleitung erstellt, welche die Benutzung verständlich erklärt und veranschaulicht. Sollte dies Ihre erste Eismaschine sein, dann empfehlen wir, sich diese Anleitung auf jeden Fall anzuschauen.
  • Page 8 Die Funktionen der Eismaschine Bedeutung der Tasten Die Eismaschine wird über die Tasten unterhalb des Displays bedient. Die Tasten haben dabei folgende Bedeutung: Taste Erläuterung An / Aus Taste Über die An / Aus Taste schalten Sie die Eismaschine ein bzw. nach der Zubereitung wieder aus. Achten Sie darauf, die Maschine nicht zu oft in kurzen Abständen ein- und auszuschalten, da es sonst zu Beschädigungen des Kompressors kommen kann.
  • Page 9 Bedeutung der Display-Symbole Die Display-Symbole bzw. Programme der Eismaschine haben die folgende Bedeutung: Modus Erläuterung MIXING - Rühren Im Rühren-Modus werden Flüssigkeiten bzw. Inhalte gerührt, ohne sie zu kühlen. Die vorausgewählte Zubereitungszeit beträgt 10 Minuten. Über die +/- Tasten kann die Zubereitungszeit im Bereich von 5 Minuten bis 60 Minuten angepasst werden.
  • Page 10 Die Zubereitung von Eis Bei der Zubereitung von Eis in der Eismaschine gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Bereiten Sie die Zutaten für das Eis gemäß Rezept vor. Sollte das Rezept das Einkochen der Zutaten vorsehen, dann kochen Sie diese bereits einen Tag vor der Eisproduktion und lassen Sie diese im Kühlschrank abkühlen.
  • Page 11 Das fertige Eis entnehmen Wenn die Zubereitungszeit abgelaufen ist, zeigt das Display „00:00“ an. Ist das Eis fertig und hat die gewünschte Konsistenz, dann schalten Sie das Gerät über die An / Aus Taste aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
  • Page 12 Honig oder Sirup eignen sich sehr gut als Zuckerersatz. Sahne und Milch lassen sich beliebig austauschen. Mit zunehmendem Anteil von Sahne wird das Eis cremiger. Weiches oder festes Eis Je nach gewünschter Konsistenz kann das Eis direkt nach der Herstellung verzehrt werden, in diesem Fall ist es meist recht cremig.
  • Page 13 Weitere Funktionen der Eismaschine Die Rührfunktion (MIXING) Die Rührfunktion ermöglicht das Rühren von Zutaten und Flüssigkeiten, ohne diese (weiter) herunterzukühlen. Die vorausgewählte Zubereitungszeit für das Mix-Programm beträgt 10 Minuten. Die Kühlfunktion (COOLING) Kühlfunktion ermöglicht Herunterkühlen Zutaten Flüssigkeiten, ohne diese zu rühren. Die vorausgewählte Zubereitungszeit für das Kühl-Programm beträgt 30 Minuten.

    Lagerung des Geräts Ziehen Sie nach der Verwendung den Netzstecker der Eismaschine aus der Steckdose. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Eismaschine, insbesondere der Rührbehälter und das Rührwerk, sauber und vollständig trocken sind. Befolgen Sie hierzu die Anweisungen im Abschnitt “Reinigung und Pflege”. Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem kühlen, vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützten und trockenen Ort auf.

  • Page 26 Meaning of the display symbols The display symbols and programs of the ice cream maker have the following meanings: Mode Explanation MIXING In stirring mode, liquids or contents are stirred without being cooled. The preselected preparation time is 10 minutes. The preparation time can be adjusted in the range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes using the +/- buttons.
  • Page 27 The preparation of ice cream To prepare ice cream in the ice cream maker, proceed as follows: Prepare the ingredients for the ice cream according to the recipe. If the recipe calls for the ingredients to be boiled down, boil them a day before making the ice cream and leave them to cool in the fridge.

Once the ice cream is ready and has the desired consistency, switch the appliance off using the on/off button and remove the plug from the socket. Remove the lid by turning it anti-clockwise until the arrow points to the -mark.
