Schalldämmung, für Kapselgehörschutz
Gehörschützer sind persönliche Schutzausrüstungen, die die Einwirkung des Lärms
auf das Gehör verringern.
Dieses Produkt kann durch bestimmte chemische Substanzen nachteilig beeinflusst werden.
Nähere Informationen erteilt der Hersteller.
Kapselgehörschützer und insbesondere Kissen können sich durch Abnutzung verschlechtern und
sollten in regelmäßigen Abständen auf Risse und Undichtigkeiten untersucht werden.

Modell
Die OGS Gehörschützer mit Kapseln bestehen aus einem verstellbaren Befestigungsbügel und
mit Schaumstoff gefüllten Dichtungskissen.
Empfehlungen
Vor jeder Benutzung sollte geprüft werden, dass der Gehörschutz richtig sitzt, gut eingestellt und
nach den Vorschriften des Herstellers gewartet ist. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass der Gehörschutz
ständig im Lärmbereich getragen wird und regelmäßig kontrolliert wird.
WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr! Wenn diese Empfehlungen nicht befolgt werden, ver-
ringert sich die Schutzwirkung des Kapselgehörschützers erheblich.
Die Umhüllung der Dichtungskissen mit Hygieneüberzügen kann die akustische Leistung
des Kapselgehörschützers beeinträchtigen.
Einstellen
1. Der OGS Kapselgehörschutz wird über dem Kopf getragen
2. Der Gehörschutz wird über den Ohren aufgesetzt
3. Die Kapsel am Bügel so ausrichten, dass die Dichtungsringe die Ohrmuschel gut umschließen
und dicht am Kopf anliegen.
Reinigung
• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung bitte keine Chemikalien. Der Kapselgehörschutz kann mit einem
in warmer Seifen lauge angefeuchtetem Tuch gereinigt werden. Vor erneuter Benutzung den
Kapselgehörschutz bitte gut trocknen.
• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung bitte keine kratzenden Bürsten oder andere Materialien, die
Dämmfutter oder Dichtungen beschädigen könnten. Tauchen Sie den Kapselgehörschutz
nicht in Wasser.
• Verwenden Sie nur Reinigungsmittel, die für den Benutzer unschädlich sind. Diese Produkte
können durch bestimmte chemische Substanzen beschädigt werden.
Warnung: Diese Kapselgehörschützer sind für kleine, mittlere und große Größen erhältlich. Kap-
selgehörschützer nach EN 352-1 werden im kleinen Größenbereich, dem mittleren Größenbe-
reich und dem großen Größenbereich angeboten. Kapselgehörschützer des mittleren Größenbe-
reiches passen der großen Mehrheit der Benutzer. Kapselgehörschützer des kleinen oder großen
Größenbereiches sind für Benutzer vorgesehen, für die Kapselgehörschützer des mittleren Grö-
ßenbereiches nicht geeignet sind.
Wartung
Der Kapselgehörschutz und besonders die Dichtungskissen können durch den Gebrauch ver-
schleißen und müssen daher häufig auf Brüche und/oder Risse untersucht werden.
Beschädigten Gehörschutz nicht weiter verwenden sondern komplett entsorgen.
Aufbewahrung
Vor jedem Gebrauch ist der Kapselgehörschutz in sauberen und staubfreien Räumen aufzube-
wahren.
Alterung
Eine Verfallszeit kann nicht genannt werden, da eine Abhängigkeit zum Grad des Verschleißes,
des Gebrauchs und zu dem Einsatzgebiet besteht.
Der Kapselgehörschutz sollte bei täglicher Anwendung nach 3 Jahren ab Fertigungsdatum nicht
länger benutzt werden.

Insonorizzazione, per le protezioni a capsula
Le protezioni dell'udito sono dispositivi di protezione individuale che riducono l'azione

Le protezioni acustiche a capsula e soprattutto i cuscinetti possono deteriorarsi a causa dell'usura
e devono essere ispezionati ad intervalli regolari per individuare eventuali crepe e perdite.

Modello
Le protezioni per l'udito OGS con capsule sono costituite da una staffa di fissaggio regolabile e da
cuscinetti di tenuta riempiti di schiuma.
Raccomandazioni
Prima di ogni utilizzazione, vi consigliamo di controllare che il seggio delle protezioni sulle orec-
chie sia esatto, la loro regolazione sia precisa e che essi siano stati manutentati in base alle pre-
scrizioni della ditta costruttrice. Vi preghiamo di osservare che le protezioni summenzionate ven-
gano utilizzate sempre in ambiti rumorosi e che vengano controllate a regolari intervalli di tempo.
AVVERTENZA! Pericolo di lesioni! Se queste raccomandazioni non vengono rispettate,
l'effetto protettivo die dispositivi di protezione a capsule viene ridotto rilevantemente.
L'involucro del cuscino di tenuta con rivestimento igienico può pregiudicare la prestazione
acustica della protezione uditiva incapsulata.
Regolazione
1. La staffa di fissaggio dei dispositivi di protezione a capsule viene disposta sopra la testa.
2. Le protezione delle orecchie vengono posizionate sulle orecchie.
3. Le capsule incorporate alla staffa devono essere disposte in modo che gli anelli di tenuta
oprano perfettamente i padiglioni auricolari e pressino bene contro la testa.
Pulizia
• Per la pulizia, vi preghiamo di non servirvi di sostanze chimiche. Le protezioni a capsula per
le orecchie possono essere pulite con un panno imbevuto di liscivia calda di sapone. Prima di
riutilizzare le protezione summenzionate, accertatevi che esse siano perfettamente asciutte.
• Per la pulizia, non servitevi di spazzole abrasive o di altri materiali che potrebbero danneggiare
la fodera insonorizzante o le guarnizioni. Le suddette protezioni non devono essere immerse
in acqua.
• Utilizzate soltanto sostanze detergenti che non sono nocive per l'utilizzatore. Questi prodotto
possono essere danneggiati attraverso determinate sostanze chimiche.
Avviso: queste protezioni acustiche sono disponibili per grandezze piccole, medie e grandi. Le
protezioni acustiche a capsula a norma EN 352-1 sono disponibili nella grandezza media, piccola
e grande. Le protezioni acustiche a capsula di grandezza media sono adeguate per la maggior
parte degli utenti. Le protezioni acustiche a capsula di grandezza piccolo o grande sono previste
per utenti per i quali non si possono utilizzare le protezioni acustiche di grandezza media.
Manutenzione
Attraverso l'utilizzazione, i dispositivi di protezione summenzionati ed in particolare i cuscinetti di
tenuta (insonorizzanti) possono usurarsi e, di conseguenza, devono essere continuamente con-
trollati su eventuali rotture o incrinature.
Se la cuffia di protezione acustica è danneggiata, non si deve utilizzare più ma smaltire comple-
tamente.
Conservazione
Dopo e prima di ogni utilizzazione, i dispositivi di protezione summenzionati devono essere con-
servati in locali puliti e non polverosi.
Invecchiamento
Una data di scadenza non può essere fornita in quanto vi è una dipendenza dal grado di usura,
uso e campo di utilizzo.
Se indossata quotidianamente, la protezione auricolare non va utilizzata oltre i 3 anni dalla data
di fabbricazione.

Isolation acoustique, pour serre-tête
Les casques anti-bruit sont des équipements de protection individuelle qui ont pour
effet de diminuer l'impact du bruit sur l'ouïe.
Certaines substances chimiques peuvent avoir un effet négatif sur ce produit. Il convient de
demander de plus amples informations au fabricant
Les serre-tête, et plus particulièrement les oreillettes, peuvent se détériorer à l'usage ; il convient
donc de les examiner à intervalles réguliers afin de déceler toute fissure ou fuite, par exemple
Ordonnance (UE) 2016/425, EN 352-1 :2020 pour les risques graves de
Cat III
Modèle
La protection auditive OGS avec capsules se compose d'un arceau de fixation réglable et de
coussinets remplis de mousse.
Recommandations
Verifiez avant toute utilisation la bonne position des serre-tête, adaptez les branches de fixation
selon besoin et observez les prescriptions d'entretien précisées par le fabricant. Porter toujours
vos serre-tête antibruit lorsque vous êtes exposé au bruit et soumettez-les à des contrôles régu-
liers.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de blessure ! Le non-respect de ces recommandations
peut réduire considérablement l'effet de protection offert par vos serre-tête.
Le revêtement des coussins d'insonorisation avec des couvertures hygiéniques peut
influencer sur les caractéristiques acoustiques du serre-tête.
Réglage
1. Portez les serre-tête antibruit OGS sur la tête.
2. Placez-les directement sur les oreilles.
3. Adaptez les branches de manière à ce que les anneaux d'étanchéité des capsules entourent
bien le pavillon auriculaire et touchent directement la tête.
Nettoyage
• Ne pas utiliser de produits chimiques pour nettoyer vos serre-tête. Il suffit de les essuyer avec
un chiffon humecté d'eau savonneuse chaude. Laisser bien sécher avant la prochaine utilisa-
tion.
• Ne jamais utiliser des brosses dures ou tout autre matériel susceptible d'endommager la dou-
blure ou les anneaux d'étanchéité. Ne pas plonger les serre-tête dans l'eau.
• N'utiliser que des produits inoffensifs. Certains produits chimiques sont susceptibles d'endom-
mager les serre-tête.
Avertissement : Ces serre-tête appartiennent à la «gamme des petites/moyennes/grandes
tailles». Les serre-tête conformes à l'EN 352-1 appartiennent à la «gamme des tailles moyennes»
ou à la «gamme des petites tailles» ou bien à la «gamme des grandes tailles». Les serre-tête
appartenant à la «gamme de tailles moyennes» conviennent à la majorité des personnes. Les
serre-tête appartenant à la «gamme des petites/grandes tailles» sont conçus de façon à convenir
aux personnes à qui les serre-tête qui appartiennent à la «gamme des tailles moyennes» ne sont
pas adaptés.
Entretien
Les serre-tête antibruit, et plus particulièrement les coussins d'étanchéité, sont soumis l'usure,
donc il convient de les examiner souvent pour décéler d'éventuelles cassures et/ou fissures.
Une protection auditive endommagée ne peut plus être utilisée ; celle-ci doit être entièrement mise
au rebut.
Stockage
Stocker les serre-tête dans un endroit propre et exempt de poussières.
Vieillissement
Il est impossible de déterminer une date limite d'utilisation car elle dépend du degré d'usure, de
l'utilisation et du domaine d'application.
Le casque antibruit ne devrait pas être utilisé quotidiennement pendant plus de 3 ans après la
date de fabrication.

Sound insulation, for earmuffs
Ear defenders are personal protective equipment that reduces the impact of noise on
hearing.
This product may be adversely affected by certain chemical substances. Further information
should be sought from the manufacturer
Hear muffs, and in particular cushions, may deteriorate with use and should be examined at fre-
quent intervals for cracking and leakage, for example

Model
The OGS ear defenders with ear muffs consist of an adjustable fastening band and foam-filled
sealing pads.
Recommendations
Before each use you should check that the ear protectors are correctly in place, well adjusted and
have been serviced in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Take care to ensure that the
ear protectors are constantly worn in the noise zone and are regularly inspected.
WARNING! Risk of injury! If these recommendations are not followed, the protective
effect of the earmuffs will be considerably impaired.
Wrapping the sealing pads in hygienic covers can impair the acoustic performance of the
ear muffs.
Adjustment
1. OGS earmuffs are worn over the head
2. The ear protectors are placed over the ears
3. The earmuffs must be aligned on the headband in such a way that the sealing rings of the ear-
pieces seal well and fit tightly on the head.
Cleaning
• When cleaning the ear protectors do not use any chemicals. The earmuffs can be cleaned
using a cloth moistened in a warm soap solution. Allow the earmuffs to dry well before using
again.
• When cleaning, do not use any brushes of other materials which could damage the insulation
lining or seals. Do not immerse the earmuffs in water.
• Only use cleaning agents which are not harmful to the user. These products may be damaged
by certain chemical substances.
Warning: These ear-muffs are small size range, medium size range and large size range. Ear-
muffs complying with EN 352-1 are of small size range, medium size range and large size range.
Medium size range ear-muffs will fit the majority of wearers. Small size range and large size range
ear-muffs are designed to fit wearers for whom medium size range ear-muffs are not suitable
Servicing
The earmuffs and especially the sealing pads may become worn with use and must therefore be
examined to establish any breaks and/or cracks.
Do not continue to use damaged ear defenders, dispose of such completely.
Storage
Before each use the earmuffs must be stored in clean and dust-free rooms.
Ageing
An expiry date cannot be named, as it depends on the level of wear and tear, use, and area of use.
Circumaural ear defenders should not be used for more than 3 years from the date of manufacture
if used on a daily basis.

Zvuková izolace, pro chránič sluchu s pouzdry
Chránič sluchu jsou osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky, které snižují účinek hluku
na sluch.
Na tento výrobek mohou mít negativní vliv určité chemické látky. Podrobnější informace poskytne
výrobce.
Stav mušlových chráničů sluchu a zejména polštářků se může opotřebováním zhoršit a je nutné
je v pravidelných intervalech kontrolovat ohledně prasklin a netěsností.

Chrániče sluchu OGS se zátkami se skládají z nastavitelného náhlavního oblouku a těsnících pol-
štářků plněných pěnou.
Doporučení
Před každým použitím by se mělo přezkoušet, jsou-li chrániče sluchu správně nasazeny, dobře
seřízeny a podle předpisů výrobce udržovány. Dbejte laskavě na to, aby se jich neustále používalo
v oblastech zatížených hlukem a aby byly pravidelně kontrolovány.
VAROVÁNÍ! Nebezpečí úrazu! V případě zanedbání těchto doporučení se značně
zmenšuje ochranné působení chráničů sluchu s pouzdry.
Zakrytí těsnění hygienickým povlakem se může negativně projevit na akustickém výkonu
pouzdrového chrániče sluchu.
Nastavení
1. Chrániče sluchu fy. OGS se musí nosit přes hlavu.
2. Chrániče se nasazují přes uši.
