The WMS dimmer 0-10 V allows the WAREMA Design
radiant heater to be dimmed to 3 dimming levels. It
receives control commands from a transmitter and
executes the corresponding switch command.

Intended use
The WMS dimmer 0-10 V is an electronic device designed
to control the WAREMA Design radiant heater. Any use
other than the purpose described in these instructions
requires approval from the manufacturer.
Safety instructions
W ARNING
The electrical installation (assembly)/
dismantling must be performed by a
certified electrician in accordance with
VDE 0100 and/or with the standards
and legal requirements pertaining to
the respective country. The electrician
must observe the installation notes and
instructions included with the electrical
devices supplied.
W ARNING
If it can be assumed that safe operation
is not possible, the device must not be
put in operation or has to be taken out of
operation. This assumption is justified if
 the housing or the connecting lines show
signs of damage

Do not allow children to play with the operating ele-
ments of the control or remote control. Store remote
controls out of reach of children.
 Switch off the operating voltage of the radiant heater
when performing work on the radiant heater (e.g. clean-
ing or other maintenance work). Danger due to the de-
vice suddenly switching on or electric shock.

Make sure the radiant heater has fully cooled down be-
fore opening the housing or performing work on it.
For installation, make sure that the radiant heater can
be switched off using a WMS Plug receiver power or a
switch installed on site.
Check that the receiver is functioning properly before
the final installation.

Strong local transmitter systems (e.g. WLAN) with
transmission frequencies identical to those of the control
may interfere with reception.

Before the WMS dimmer 0-10 V can be operated
on the WMS transmitter, it must be a member of
the appropriate radio network.
