2.2 Reference Ultime Three Unpacking Guide Take care when removing the speakers from their packaging. Never place your speakers on a surface that could damage them. Keep the packaging safely to use again should you need to transport your speakers to another location.

3.2 Passive Crossover Stenheim Reference passive crossovers are using big size external boxes to host 3 boards of high grade passive components to split the lower frequencies and the MTM (medium-tweeter) frequencies. 2 boxes are needed to feed the Reference Ultime Three Passive.

Be aware that although the Reference Ultime Three may appear to be symmetrical at first glance, it isn’t. The drivers are slightly offset and there is a lefthand speaker and a righthand one. The tweeters of each loudspeaker should be oriented towards the inside.
