- Page 2 I.- ASSEMBLY Wash all components of the cream separator with warm and soapy water. Set apart the drum. Take the key and open your drum. Insert the metal pins on the back of the key into the holes at the top of the drum. Turn the key to the left to loose the nut at the top of the drum.

Assembly starts with the base of the drum unit and installation of the silicone O-ring in the groove near the bottom of the base.

- Page 6 Step 1. Take the assembled separator drum and set it on the motor shaft ensuring that the notched portion of the shaft aligns with the horizontal pin going into the bottom hole of the drum. (Picture 6) Picture 6 Step 2. Of the 2 feeders, take the skim milk feeder and make sure that it is securely seated on the top of the body of the machine.
- Page 7 Step 4. Set the cream feeder on top of the nozzle seat. Step 5. Set the funnel seat on the cream feeder making sure to align the indented portion on the seat with the notch on the cream feeder. (Picture 8) Picture 8 Step 6.
- Page 8 III. Adjusting the Cream Consistency To adjust the cream thickness, the machine must be turned off and the drum removed from the machine. The thickness is controlled by the brass screw on the side of the drum. It can be adjusted using the key provided.

IV. Cleaning Process After the separation of cream, let the motor work for 1 minute. Finally, turn off the power and disconnect the power cord. Disassembly follows the assembly pattern in reverse order. Please ensure that the separator drum is disassembled after each use and cleaned thoroughly as well. It should be frequently checked that the milk overflow hole in the four grooves of the head of the main engine should not be blocked by impurities, so as to avoid the milk entering the motor from the motor shaft hole and causing damage to the motor.
