ToneQ User Guide BELL SCHEDULE Click on Event Schedule. Click on Add Schedule Enter a Schedule ID. Example: M-F. Click Save. Click on Add Event Choose the Event Time for the bell to ring. Choose the Event Duration for how long you want the bell to ring. Select Days you would like the bell to ring. -

ToneQ User Guide Click UPLOAD. Click on the Schedule you want to Upload and Choose ToneQ as the Device you want to upload to. Click Upload & Close. NOTE: ONLY ONE SCHEDULE MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE TONEQ DEVICE AT A TIME. - Page 9 ToneQ User Guide TONE SCHEDULE (CONT.) Click on Add Event Choose the Event Time for the tone to play. Event Duration, choose 0. This will ensure the entire tone is played. (max. 15 secs) Select Days of the week for that event. Under Select Zones, uncheck all zones.

CHANGING OR DELETING AN EVENT SCHEDULE If you create a new schedule and you want to change from your existing schedule, you just need to upload your new schedule and it will override the existing schedule. -
