• Check for damaged or loose parts before
each use.
• NEVER touch the cutting blade.
• To avoid injury check that the telescopic handles
are secured in place correctly before use.
• ALWAYS use appropriate personal protective
equipment (PPE) when using this product: To
protect from injury caused by falling branches
ALWAYS wear protective glasses, gloves, head
protection and appropriate footwear.
WARNING! Avoid danger to life from electric
shock. Do not use near high voltage lines,
electricity cables, electric fences, etc.
• DO NOT use the pruner on ladders or steps.
Fitting the Saw Blade
Note: DO NOT leave the bolt, nut and washer
attached to the pruner pole when the saw blade is
not fitted.
When the saw blade is fitted check that the wing nut
is correctly tightened before each use.

Maintenance
• Check and clean the blades carefully after every
use. Dirt and sap on the blades may lead to rust
formation and affect the cutting action of
the blade.
• Rub the metal parts with an oiled cloth to protect
them from the build-up of rust.
• Regular care carried out properly will ensure that
your pruners remain in good conditions.
