    - To clean the heat pad, ensure it is unplugged and fully cooled down. Wipe the surface gently with a Scarlet Cleansing Wipe or damp cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water or use abrasive SIZE 200x180x15mm cleaners.

    Before use, remove any metallic objects, including piercings, jewellery, and metal belts, from the application area. It is recommended that you wear rae inside Scarlet Period Pocket Underwear. Alternatively, wear BOX INCLUSIONS between your underwear and clothing. NOTE: To avoid potential skin damage caused by prolonged heating, use high (level 3) at 30-minute intervals, up to three times a day only.
