CONNECTING TO A GAS SUPPLY GAS CYLINDER REQUIREMENTS The griddle is set and tested with liquid propane gas only. When purchasing a gas cylinder for use with this unit, ensure it meets the following requirements: 0.45 kg (1 lb) / 19.6 cm (7.75 in) capacity, marked “PROPANE", constructed and marked in accordance with Specifications for LP Gas Cylinders of the U.S.
