- Page 3 INSTALLING THE MISHIMOTO OIL COOLER splash shields. First, remove the 10mm crash-beam bolt on the passenger side, as shown below. This will be used to secure the Mishimoto Oil Cooler. Remove the 10mm bolts on each side, holding the front bumper to the fender.
