2.1
Calculate the correct profile size to determine whether it will need cutting it or not.
If you do not have to cut, remove the end cap from the roller blind box (a), see Figure 2.1.2. and go directly
to 2.2.
If you do have to cut, use the end as scale, cut the
roller blind box (a) with the end cap to fit the inner window width (B)-15 mm. (The end cap is used to hold
firm the roller blind tube during cutting), as shown in Figure 2.1.1
2.2
Cut the side rails to fit the inner window height (H)-65 mm. Use a file to smooth the edges. A mitre saw will
enable you to carry out straight cuts.
